Mental Health

Mental Health first aiders

Employee assistance programme – The university provides an employee assistance programme, which offers a range of support, including face-to-face counselling and support with those facing debt, hardship or bereavement.

Student services – A similar service is offered to students, who can receive support around welfare, wellbeing, financial and academic issues.

Parents and carers staff network

The university has launched a supportive and inclusive parents and carers support network, open to all staff. To join, please email the Carers and Parents Club at cap@lincoln.ac.uk
