Equality in the workplace – this mandatory course is available on the university learning site.
Concern Line – if you have any concerns regarding bullying, harassment or any form of discrimination this is the hotline to contact – this is an internal link accessible with a Lincoln log in
Mental Health
Employee assistance programme – The university provides an employee assistance programme, which offers a range of support, including face-to-face counselling and support with those facing debt, hardship or bereavement.
Student services – A similar service is offered to students, who can receive support around welfare, wellbeing, financial and academic issues.
Parents and carers staff network
